This is a precious smocked corduroy dress. This dress has a smocking around the collar and follows around the back with two buttons at the nape of the neck. The smoking design is gnomes and a train full of presents. It has green squiggly piping towards the bottom of the dress and elastic around the wrist of the sleeves. This fine corduroy is so smooth it looks like velvet.
